

As per ur executive they told me to call the bank to charge back the amount i spoke to them and they are saying they cannot charge back the amount as the amount is got debited from the account.
It's a request to share a proof and statement of that day and time to show u have not received the amount.
It's been a week now I'm literally calling different customers service for my refund it's a request to pls refund my amount or allow me to purchase some medicine from your site as the amount is debited from my account.
Also it's a request pls don't call during working hours pls send a mail for the same and till you'll don't refund my money pls don't send a mail as resolved as this is not resolved till i don't get my refund amount.
I truly feel that they do care about me and my family. They always greet me with a smile and recognize me by name. My go-to pharmacy for sure!
