Just tried their virtual doctors appointment. Saved me from waiting all day in emergency for a prescription. Easy to book and use, a much needed service in town.
Always very quick to fulfill prescriptions. They even had the manager come by the window and make sure I understood my medication which was nice. Drive-thru window is very convenient. The name doesn’t lie

Recently moved to the area and had our prescription sent to Excellent Care Pharmacy to support local. Called to have the prescription filled and they wanted triple the price than our previous pharmacy. The same dose, the same drug is just over $60 from Kanata Compounding. I was quoted $120. When I asked why there was such a significant difference in price I was talked over and not heard. Needless to say we will be going back to Kanata Compounding. Extremely disappointed. Do better.
So Ouest Farmacy in Levallois is the best I ever experienced!! the customer service is fantastic and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable I had the chance of being served by the owner Ilan Krief, who has an eye on all counters and do not hesitate to interfere and help whenever necessary. I recommend very warmly this Farmacy

As per ur executive they told me to call the bank to charge back the amount i spoke to them and they are saying they cannot charge back the amount as the amount is got debited from the account.
It's a request to share a proof and statement of that day and time to show u have not received the amount.
It's been a week now I'm literally calling different customers service for my refund it's a request to pls refund my amount or allow me to purchase some medicine from your site as the amount is debited from my account.
Also it's a request pls don't call during working hours pls send a mail for the same and till you'll don't refund my money pls don't send a mail as resolved as this is not resolved till i don't get my refund amount.

Rexall March Road and Klondike. I don’t know why I still use this pharmacy. It is painful EVERY TIME I pick up my son’s prescription every 3 months. They can never find it and I’m stuck waiting for 10-15 minutes.
I believe this to be the best pharmacy in the area and maybe anywhere for that matter. Very friendly, helpful and super efficient!

We have always received the absolute best service here, the staff and pharmacists go above and beyond for us from filling prescriptions extremely fast, staying open a little late if we’ve arrived right at closing and so much more. They always provided the best service and do everything in their power to help us. The drive thru is wonderful especially with children and not having to unload to pick up prescriptions. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly highly recommend.

Once again, Sam and Wally and their lovely staff have gone beyond my expectations. My ill cousin was staying with us for a few weeks. She ran out of medications which were detrimental to her health, and Excellent Care once again provided excellent care and had the medications issued the same day.

Excellent Care Pharmacy is amazing. They have been extremely helpful in organizing my mother’s medication for me. If you need a requisition filled in a hurry they never let you down. They are also very courteous and friendly and serve you with a smile.

Amazing service. I was told that my 'compound product' wouldn't be able to be made by any pharmacy aside from a specialty pharmacist in Ottawa. I walked across the street to Excellent Care just in case. They were super helpful and after discussing what we were looking for were able to make the compound product and have it prepared the same day. Wildly different experiences from 2 pharmacists directly across the street from each other. I highly suggest using Excellent Care because that is absolutely what they're offering!
I switched to Excellent Care, first because of the choice of names, (I thought, well now we can hold them to it)! Secondly, because I had heard how seamless they make everything for us. I have a lot of medication to take for someone my age and I’ve had so many issues with other pharmacies in the past that I really needed to find someplace that truly cares about my condition and the symptoms I experience. I had 2 physicians retire within one year of each other and was feeling a bit nervous about starting over with everyone new. Sam and his team of people are welcoming, fair and compassionate. They have literally made my experience much easier. Got my mom onboard after 2 years of convincing. I just couldn’t be happier! This place goes above and beyond the rest.
Went and saw Sam last night with a poison ivy problem:( Felt like I went to the Dr. He looked at my arm, assessed the problem and instantly suggested a remedy 😊 Couldn’t have asked for better personal service and professionalism. The staff here is outstanding. The owner has always made me feel welcome and has always gone the extra mile for me. He sees my prescription he knows I suffer from anxiety and mental health issues and he always does his best to make me feel calm when I’m already tense being out in public.

Sam the pharmacist was able to help me when I was down with the cold. I had no idea of what products I should choose and decided to ask for help. After describing my symptoms to the pharmacist he was able to take time to pick the best options for me and explain what it was going to cover. I feel much better now and I owe it all to them! Thank you!
